Welcome to Rumogrooms on Samsø
Rumogrooms is peacefully located among open fields in Brundby, right in the heart of Samsø, a small Danish island known for its varied countryside, scenic coastline, and relaxed atmosphere. Samsø offers beautiful beaches, rolling farmland, cycling and walking routes, cultural sites, and plenty of outdoor experiences to enjoy during your stay.
From Rumogrooms you’re close to everything the island has to offer, whether you want to explore nature, visit local attractions, or simply relax in a calm and welcoming setting.

Our rooms.
We have 9 rooms. Some include a private toilet and bathroom, while others share facilities. In rooms with shared bathroom, a bathrobe is provided.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If you know your arrival time, please let us know in advance.
Each room is prepared with cotton bed linen, as well as one small and one large towel per guest.
Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are available in all bathrooms.
We also have two larger rooms for conferences and events. Please note that currently only one guest room is located on the ground floor.
Breakfast and Bar
We serve a lovely, good breakfast with quality coffee and tea.
Breakfast is served on shared plates, so you dine together with the people you’re staying with. Each day includes fruit, cheese, cold cuts, butter, jam, and a variation of eggs. We also serve homemade buns, rye bread, and local apple juice from the island.
If you are staying with us, breakfast costs DKK 95.
For walk-in guests, the price is DKK 150, including coffee and tea.
When you return from your day out, you can stop by the bar for coffee and cake, a drink, or a glass of wine.

Let’s eat together
During high season, we offer communal dinners where guests eat together.
Some evenings we join at the table, other times we’re in the kitchen.
We often serve Sashi beef with local vegetables from nearby fields, and on other days, fish.
Vegetarian and vegan options are available if we know in advance.
If you have a gluten allergy, we can prepare suitable bread—just let us know ahead of time.
Dinner is served at 6:30 PM. Please book your place the day before, or at the latest during breakfast on the same day.
Company Trips and Group Stays
We love hosting groups at Rumogrooms who rent the entire hotel.
We can accommodate larger groups of up to 100 people. In those cases, some guests will stay in nearby cottages, B&Bs, or hotels.
During low season, we’re happy to help plan your days around Samsø, no matter the group size. Just share your ideas, and we’ll help make it work—both at the hotel and out in nature.
At Rumogrooms, we serve fresh, locally sourced food, as organic as possible. The bar is always open for a cold drink, a draft beer, or a good bottle of wine.
